“Excellent product, excellent vaue, particularly the engraving service which is brilliant at only £5. Other sales outlets were quoting up to £25 for only 4 letters! Stacey, in customer services, was particularly helpful when I enquired about amendment to the sizing of engraving. Very prompt dispatch, would have arrived next day, but Royal Mail couldn't cope with delivery in the windy conditions. Hip flask arrived the following day and I was very pleased with the product, as was the recipient of this as a gift. Would certainly use Farrar & Tanner again.”
