“Exceptional service. Slight hitch with a wooden wine box as a special birthday gift.Spoke to one of your staff, who put the whole matter right in minute’s.This was around 1530 Friday . New wine box arrived next day same time . Absolutely spot on . Now that’s what I call looking after your customers., and recognising the benefit of customer retention. Thank you so much”

“I ordered this beautiful jewellery box for my daughters graduation present and it did not disappoint. She was so pleased with it and the device was brilliant. I placed my order approximately 1pm and even though I had a personal engraving on it , it arrived the next afternoon. Brilliant customer service. I would totally recommend this company”

“The speed of the delivery was amazing. The quality of the engraving was very neat, however the make of the knife that was on the blade looks as though it’s double printed or smudged by accident. Overall good service”

“I have just purchased and recieved the Leatherman Surge which was engraved. My son, who is a qualified carpenter that loves all his high end tools, was over the moon when I gave it to him. 'To Kyle, love dad xx'. Great service from Farrar &Tanner. Quick delivery even with the engraving included. This is my second Leatherman (first was the 'Free' derivative, great tool also). “We bought a beautiful personalised chess set. A few months later my dog ate one of the pieces. My rather distraught phone call was received so kindly and a whole new replacement set of pieces sent. We would highly recommend both the chess set and the customer service.”

“Wonderful gift options ... exceptional customer service ... from first view of online shop to ordering (and customising!) a gift for my husband, the experience was pleasant and seemless. The option for the express delivery doesnt usually make much difference in my location, but this time, everything arrived perfect and in good time. “Pleased with purchase. Customer service were very good at changing personalisation after ordering. Arrived very quickly, the next day after purchasing express delivery. My only comment would be that the message chosen is not actually engraved on the product, as you would assume engraved to be, its printed on the surface which is not quite the same thing considering its an extra price add on. I was happy with the result nevertheless but would advise selling it as personalisation rather than engraving in the product description”
