“When the pen I ordered with next day delivery was not delivered I contacted DPD who were not helpful. I contacted Farrar & Tanner. After a call from Sue to DPD my pen arrived the next morning.”

“Just bought a pocket watch and had it engraved. We made a mistake with the inscription. Phoned the company spoke witha very friendly lady who sorted it out. Received the watch the following day. Surpassed all our expectations. Looks great, can't wait to wear it. Highly recommend this company, good prices, quality product and workmanship. Thank-you for a fantastic birthday present”

“Thoroughly pleased. The quality is exceptional and you can tell by the nice weighty feel of the bag. It's quite padded also which is nice to know any valuables have that little extra protection. No problems with purchasing or delivery. I've not tested the longevity of the bag yet but I have no doubt the quality of the build will last. Great colour, a good size, big but not too big. The only discrepancy is that the wrap to keep the carry handles together is velcro, which I feel adds a school-boy feel to what is otherwise a very stylish leather bag.”

“Excellent service, very quick delivery. My son-in-law is very pleased with the quality of the shoes. It would have been helpful if I could have given my own name and address, which was the billing address, but you only seem to have the facility to complete the delivery name and address, which was my daughter's as I was sending the shoes direct to her for my son-in-law's birthday, therefore I was unable to complete my own name and billing address, which is very unusual on an online order. I have left the subsequent questions blank as I had no need to communicate with your company. I am submitting this review as anonymous as you have Miranda, which is my daughter's name not mine.”
