“Purchased as a Christmas present for special friends,the gift as such is very nice and well presented, just a little disappointed that the engraving which I thought I’d selected hadn’t been done. Perhaps my fault as I thought I had followed the instructions correctly, but nevertheless the less I’m sure they will be well pleased, it’s the thought after all.”

“I ordered the engraved Backgammon set for my parents for Christmas. The set arrived without the engraving. I contacted the help desk and was told they would send the engraving separately. It never arrived. When my parents opened the gift, the dice shakers were broken and splintered. I have asked for replacements and have heard nothing back.”

“The strain or due that was put on the wood was not even and as soon as it was taken out of the box the brass inscription feel off, also the lining on the kids is loose I was disappointed as it was a Christmas present for my son.”
