We have a flat fee for the engraving per product, there are no hidden or extra costs for more text; we would make that clear on the site if that were the case. “Goods were as you hope for, well packed and arrived within the estimated time. My only disappointment was that the clock was smaller than I imagined. This is the big drawback of Internet shopping, I am sure the dimensions were there somewhere but looking at the small print is not one of the principles I have mastered for shopping on the Internet. Perhaps this experience will help me in the future.”
