“The failure to communicate about the delayed delivery was disappointing and caused unnecessary stress. Although emails were eventually responded to the auto reply said to phone and the phones were not answered and said to email!”

“DPD we’re at fault for delivering my parcel to the wrong house (never received) but Farrar & Tanner we’re excellent at ensuring I was refunded (it entered my account next day). Customer service was great over the phone. I would recommend for anyone who has issues to just call them as they were very helpful.”

“Purchased as a Christmas present for special friends,the gift as such is very nice and well presented, just a little disappointed that the engraving which I thought I’d selected hadn’t been done. Perhaps my fault as I thought I had followed the instructions correctly, but nevertheless the less I’m sure they will be well pleased, it’s the thought after all.”

“I have bought from F&T before and the quality is great; as is the case here, however for this price I would have expected better packaging…a bag, box or something to present a quality gift in. A Jiffy bag with bits that go everywhere didn’t cut it unfortunately!”

“Brilliant bit of kit I bought for my father-in-law after his 12 y/o one had finally given up on him, my only reason for dropping a star is that he's left handed and finds it lacking in certain areas (ergonomically), the quality of the multi tool is brilliant, super impressed!”
