“Just bought a Sabatier 8" chef's knife paid a great price and received it well within the forecasted delivery date. Appreciate all the security checks in place to prevent blades falling into the wrong hands and definitely recommend Farrar & Tanner”

“Hello Matt; The reason for my rating is due to the fact that even though I paid extra for next day delivery my order did not arrive and it was only that I contacted yourselves on the day of my expected delivery only to find out it was not arriving (see Jamie Smith) for full explanation? Jamie Smith was actually excellent he did his upmost best to resolve the situation as best he could so if I was scoring him personally it would be 10 out of 10! The product itself is superb!”

“Sure, here's a less formal version: "Had a bit of trouble with the delivery, but Gemma was awesome in sorting everything out. Super happy with the bag I got!"Absolutely, here's a longer, more casual version: Ran into some delivery issues at first, but Gemma was amazing in getting things fixed. She was super prompt and helpful with customer support, which was a huge relief. Really happy about the bag I bought - it's exactly what I wanted!”
