“I hope the wine is better than the presentation box. Very poor cheap box badly painted with a lid that wouldn't close. Will not buy again.”

Hi Joan, We have a few wine box choices, I see you've chosen the black wood gift box, which is a painted wood. The lid should close easily so this does not sound right. I'd be happy to replace the box for you - please let me know if there's time for us to do that before you are gifting the Sancerre and I'll suggest some alternatives.
