“Not as expected, your advertised Oak turns out to be mdf and the cheap hinges and catches do not fold away when playing and are a constant hazard to clothing. Will advise my peers to avoid your company like a plague. Jeff P.”

Good afternoon, I'm sorry to hear of your disappointment. I cannot see any correspondence from yourself regarding any issues with the order, have you contacted us regarding this? The board you purchased is described as 'printed' in the first line of the description so I apologise if you missed that. We do like to make it clear whether the boards are printed or inlaid with real wood so it will always be described as appropriate in the description. The clasps should close as normal and the hinges should not be an issue so I'm very sorry about this - please do return that to us and we can either issue a full refund or get a replacement sorted for you.
