“I was impressed with the prompt delivery of the product which I ordered. However, unfortunately the presentation box had been damaged in transit. I contacted the services department and they acted immediately, replying swiftly to all communications. A replacement box is now being ordered , so I am entirely satisfied with the prompt action and the courtesy shown by the team.”

“I ordered the engraved, personalised gift box containing a good quality bottle of Chateau neuf du pape for our friends' joint 70ths. Easy to order online, arrived in record time within 36 hours, and was well packaged and beautifully presented. They were both thrilled with such an individual, bespoke gift.
