“This is a review of Farrar and Tanner, not the product I purchased. In terms of service, the website was well designed, purchase was straightforward and delivery very fast. Items were dispatched quickly, were well packaged and arrived safely. The quality of one of the products was not quite as I had hoped but I do not believe this was the fault of Farrar and Tanner. Perhaps the item description could have been better.”

“Lovely website with beautiful products. I purchased an opinel knife as a gift and had it engraved. The engraving was lovely, the presentation box seemed to contain the wood dust from the engravers desk though. After a good wipe down, all was perfect. Fast delivery and well packaged.”

“Good delivery, price was good, product poorly designed and not fit for purpose in my view. Lid and framing was such that any modern watch put into the 'perimeter' slots causes hte lid to not shut fully and potentially damage the box/watch. The slots for the watch pillows are too shallow.”

“The glasses were as described, very happy with them. However I was very disappointed with the name engraving it was tiny and you had to look very hard to see the names. The box they arrived in was very battered so I had to replace it. I've given very good because they arrived on time and the actual glasses were beautiful.”
