“This is an excellent company for products and for customer service. I bought a leather folder from them but then I needed to send it back becasue of a mix up--well they responded immediately, made it so easy for me to return the product and then when I couldnt print out the return label, they got it picked up. You might say all companies would do this--NOPE! I wont drop names but compnaies with a far higher profile have been appllling! I would say Farrar and Tanner are leading the way, and it is so great to get that old fashioned helpful courtesy and kindness from a companythat values it's customers. And their products are absolutley top notch too! Well done F+T--it was my first time with you, it wont be the last.”

“Fantastic knife. I use it to open up watch backs for battery replament. The thin sharp edge fits perfectly and pops the cap without breakage . The locking feature provides added safety. Great price and quick delivery”

“I ordered an engraved tankard for a Christening present, the website is straight forward and easy to navigate, it arrived within a couple of days, delighted with it, looks top quality!
