“I ordered a pocket watch and engraving at 4 pm and received it the following morning by Royal Mail what an excellent service from Farrar & Tanner. The watch was perfect well packed and a joy to own I can’t recommend the company more highly and will definitely be returning for a further purchase.”

“I ordered two knives from Farrar and Tanner, some days apart. The first arrived after a couple of days. The second took some time, so I contacted the company who immediately tracked it, found that it had been lost and sent a replacement by next day delivery. Unfortunately, this too didn't arrive. I phoned the company again and they found that it had been delivered and signed for by a person in flat 5. My house doesn't have a flat 5! They sent a replacement which arrived the following morning. The delay was totally out of the control of the company, and they dealt with the matter courteously and professionally. In particular, I would commend Rachel, who dealt with the matter in such a helpful manner.”
