“I purchased one of the whiskey glasses with the stags head on and pewter base I absolutely love it. Sent my mate a picture of it and he said how smart it was and he’s a right miserable twat so yer can’t get much better praise than that can yer.”

“Placed a £100+ order on 8th December. Clearly a Christmas purchase and paid extra for 3 day delivery. Despite chasing, no sign of it and just one customer service response pre-Xmas saying "we have had a few issues because of the postal strike, I hope it arrives in time for you". 6th January now, still no delivery and now no replies to my email enquiries either. Wondering if this is a scam operation - I would avoid at all costs. I was fooled and have now lost over £100”

Hi William, I really am sorry the parcel did not arrive, many of the delayed parcels did finally arrive with customers once Royal Mail had cleared their backlog. We are dealing with an unusually high amount of emails due to the strike action throughout December and unfortunately this is also delaying our replies to customers, I can see that your parcel did not arrive (we have all of our parcels tracked) and have refunded your account. I have also called you to see if there's anything else we can do and really just to explain how this has happened and reassure you that we are a genuine company, just got caught up with all the courier issues of December. “Excellent service! When housewarming gift did not arrive in time due to postal strikes they very kindly sent another next day delivery - this also included engraving the second one. Could not have been more helpful.”

“The service from Farrar & Tanner was excellent but sadly the item wasn't. I bought a beautiful Mele watch box as a gift- my husband loves it. After Christmas found his watches do not fit in the slots - they do not accommodate modern large watches and we don't have the packaging to return.”
