“Well this Santoku style chopping knife is quite excellent. The hammered blade ensure it isn't sticky on the slice and the edge extremely sharp. It is beautifully balanced and it is a joy to finely chop shallots, herbs and anything else for that matter. It is very well priced for such a fine cools knife. If I could maybe suggest one thing and that would be something to keep it in such as a canvas wrap or box so as to preserve that edge.”
