“I ordered a lovely pocket watch for my Dad - it came very quickly and the engraving was perfect. I made a mistake when ordering and the customer service team were very understanding and fixed it straight away for me. Would definitely use again and will recommend to friends and family. Thank you!”

“My order was not delivered first time as the Royal Mail lost it. Farrar & Tanner customer service were outstanding and made sure I received my purchase the next day. Sometimes things go wrong out with any businesses control but the mark of a great Business is what they do for their Customers and reputation when something goes wrong. Farrar & Tanner are a truly exceptional Business offering the best Customer service I have experienced in recent years. I definitely recommend them.”

“Not especially impressed. Advertised a photo with engraving on the rear of a pocket watch, which then couldn't be delivered because the character count was limited to 50 characters. Ordered a stand for said pocket watch that then arrived in a different colour to the pocket watch itself. Who wants a rose gold pocket watch with a chrome stand? Pocket watch box was scratched and stand box was squashed.”
