“Great Customer Service Team & Support. I placed an order for a Colleague who was retiring and although the order was sent out the same day, it still hadnt arrived the day before we were travelling to our Meeting a week later, where we were going to present our colleague with the gift. Royal Mail had several of strikes. When i called Farrer and Tanner and explained the situation they resent the order out again for next day delivery to the Hotel we were staying at. I dont know what i would have done without their help, as we would have had no gift to present. Once again thank you so much for all your help and support and the fantastic customer service.”

“A great product. We bought the backgammon set sight unseen for a wedding present and when it arrived I was delighted. Great craftsmanship, it looked worth the money we had spent (it was expensive but honestly I felt it was worth it). The married couple who are young said it was the best present they had received!! We had already returned another backgammon set from a different vendor as - although more expensive - it looked and felt cheap and clunky without the mother of pearl chequer board on the reverse which was an added bonus.”
