“Website easy to use, ordered a gift set for Father’s Day, kept up to date with how order was processed and when delivery was going to be only to find out that when I gave it to my dad on Father’s Day they had sent me the wrong size so a Father’s Day gift ended in disappointment! Contacted customer service and received a swift email reply, apologising and offered information on returns/refunds.”

“The personalised Opinel knife was beautifully produced, arrived in sustainable packaging, with a good edge. It will make a wonderful gift for my wife who has taken up spoon carving.
