“Barbour wallet bought as a gift. It was very well packed so the presentation box was completely in tact. I paid extra for the engraving and I love it. I think it's subtle and very stylish. “Super impressed. The Backgammon board was bought as a present. They were blown away by the quality of the finish and materials used. The engraving looked really good also. He actually said it's almost to good to take away with him. The only nice to have would be for more characters on the engraving as the available number meant I was not able to put the message I initially wanted.”

“Immediately on placing order for 2 personalised wine boxes with wine I amended to exclude wine. This did not happen. Delivery was made and the boxes were wrong. One for Mr Forbes Connor should have been dark red wood BUT both came in light wood. Most unimpressed with first dealings with Farrar & Tanner. Andy Speirs”
