“It’s the first time I’ve used this company and was very disappointed the engraving on the glass was that tiny you needed a magnifying glass to see it. They refunded me the price of the engraving but it had already spoiled my husbands present from his children”

“**Updated review** This trug is very small! It is also not put together well. The stands are not level so it wobbles on a flat surface. Easy enough to fix, but I shouldn't have to. I was contacted by Farrer and Tanner regarding my review and they offered to replace or refund a portion of the cost. I opted for the part refund as I've repaired the item myself. Great customer service received, polite, courteous and prompt payment after we discussed the options. Would definitely use the company again.”

“The product was amazing and great quality, the personalisation was exactly as I wanted it, the gift wrapping was insane (and so smart - well worth the extra money), and I am so happy with the full experience (I actually think the cuff links box looks even nicer in person than on the website). “Stumbled across Farrar and Tanner looking for personalised gifts. I actually ordered the wrong thing but the results were perfect. Very well received. “Customer service absolutely superb from this company. I made a mistake with regards the engraving on a pocket watch I ordered. Not only did they respond to my email very quickly, bur reassured me that the problem could be sorted out which it was and my intended gift arrived before Christmas. I will not hesitate to order from this company again, and will direct friends and family your way. Thank you very much for your help and I hasten to add the quality and look of the watch is exactly as it looks in the photos.”
