Super happy with the bag I got!"Absolutely, here's a longer, more casual version: Ran into some delivery issues at first, but Gemma was amazing in getting things fixed. She was super prompt and helpful with customer support, which was a huge relief. Really happy about the bag I bought - it's exactly what I wanted!”

“Ordered a wine gift box set - unfortunately when it arrived the gift box had been damaged in transit although the wine and chutney inside was absolutley fine (Very pleased ) rang customer services spoke to Lauren who was extremely helpful i have received a new gift box within a few days with no problems :) would happily recommend this company”
