“I did not realise, when undertaking a simple, once-off order (which was fine, by the way) that I was committing myself to a future of being bombarded by desperate repeated demands for feedback and reviews. I hope this response will stop further request from clogging up my intray.”

“Packaging cheap - wooden box flimsy with label not square. Was very disappointed as it was a gift for my son and fiancée. Would not order from this company again and definitely not worth the money I paid for it.”

“Placed order and a couple of days later a very nice lady called to say they had sold out of what we had ordered and a replacement was offered which was most acceptable. The engraved box made for a very nice gift. Excellent service and arrived very quick. Very pleased with my purchase.”

“Bought an engraved knife as a gift, which arrived with no engraving. Called several times but their telephone system is set up to divert you to voicemail at 5 mins so you could be a place 1 or 2 listening to the most irritating voice loop and then you lose your place, have to call back and you’re back to number 5+. Finally get through and they have no more stock. Offered a refund but only once I’ve returned this knife. Eye roll…. Absolute shocker”

“An excellent company with excellent products and great customer service. The courier delivered my order to the wrong address, when I couldn't get it back initially they sent me another one by express delivery to ensure it arrived in time for Christmas. Although you can't get through by phone, my email was replied to within less than 24 hours and from then on the customer service agents I dealt with (primarily Jude) were just fantastic. Friendly, uber-helpful and very efficient. I would definitely recommend this company.”
