“looking for a ruby wedding gift for a couple who dont have ruby as a colour scheme at home and was able to find fine Darlington ruby wine glasses with a bit of extra sparkle which the couple adore - definetly recommend this company any day”

“Great product and helpful customer service but let down by delivery partners, twice! I ordered a pair of Dartington crystal glasses and only one was delivered, and that a day earlier than the tracking info and notifications were saying - meaning no-one was home to receive it. Royal Mail then faked the signature of the recipient to make it appear the delivery had been accepted on the tracking receipt. I called customer services who were very apologetic and agreed to send the second glass out by DPD immediately and promised to refund the delivery charge. The second delivery didn't happen at all and I haven't received the delivery charge refund. After another call to customer service the second glass was finally delivered 2 weeks after I placed my order.”

“This was a birthday gift for my father, who is a farmer. Expected delivery date was on a Monday but it arrived on the Friday before which was brilliant. It was packaged beautifully and my father is very happy with how sharp it is. Therefore 5star for product and delivery!”

“Really lovely pocket watched ordered for my other half as an anniversary present. The watch is really really good quality, very well made and in a lovely box.
