“My items arrived quickly and well protected as they were fragile. I would expect the outer packaging to be a little more professional though i.e. in a Farrer and Tanner branded box perhaps, not one that was plastered in packing tape and a little too small! The goods, although totally unopened, as they are a personalised gift, look super and the cost of engraving was minimal. I would definitely consider using your website again.”

I'm sorry to see that the order arrived in a plain box, we do ship our orders out in branded box so I'm very sorry that this wasn't the case. The tape should also be done as neatly as possible so we will definitely feed this back to our warehouse team. Please can you email me over some pictures of the parcel? “I ordered a folding fruit knife with personalisation (initials on the handle and the year) for a 40th birthday present. The ordering process was extremely user friendly and straightforward even with the personalisation. The knife arrived very promptly and was beautifully presented. I haven’t opened it to inspect it as it is a gift but it is a very handsome knife and the initials and date are beautiful and perfect. An ideal gift from an excellent company.”
