“The bbq apron I bought looked different when received than what it looked like online. The online version looked more durable and thicker than the apron received. I got the apron customized with a name but the font was so small and there was hardly any contrast from the color of the leather apron so it is barely visible. I paid $270 CDN for this and do not think it is worth the money. Hugely disappointed.”

“I orderd an olive carving knife as a 50th birthday present (to go with a chopping board from another company) and asked for an inscription on the blade. The knife came quickly, beautifully boxed and beautifully engraved. I honestly couldn't be happier and would highly recommend this company. Thank you Farrar and Tanner.”

“Recently there was a mistake on the address of a present I had purchased for my grandson making it impossible for Royal Mail to deliver it. I contacted Customer Services who were more helpful than I could reasonable have expected. Within the day they had dispatched a replacement complete with personalised inscription ensuring that my gift arrived on my grandson's birthday the very next day. Well done and thank you.”
