“Order was easy to place, same day dispatch and arrived safely within 48 hours. I was kept informed along the way by yourselves and Royal Mail. The glass was purchased as a leaving present for a work colleague who was absolutely delighted with it. The item being a Dartington engraved Swarovski Gin and Tonic Glass. Very pleased with the purchase and the service received. I would highly recommend.”

“Boyfriend absolutely loves the pocket watch. Only thing I was a little disappointed in was that the lettering actually etched and not engraved. I would have preferred engraving, but he is happy, so thats the main thing. Watch mechanism.is great and sounds lovely.”

“Fabulous customer service! My initial order was out of stock, they suggested something else. When I phoned they were so helpful, they refunded my next day delivery charge and went the extra mile to make sure I received it on time. They even phoned after delivery to check it had arrived on time and I was happy with it. Can’t fault them ..would definitely recommend!”

“I bought 2 sets of copper and brass watering cans and spray, and a trug. The watering cans are really lovely, if smaller than I imagined. The trug is comfortingly robust and looks as if it will last for years. I also bought a selection of French garden knives which look too good to be used in a muddy garden - should be on display. Am happy with my purchases”
