Sausages where off made us sick threw the second pack away. The ham was excellent as was the beef . The turkey was cooked but it was packed in too much fat made it a messy experience ! Back to Waitrose or M&S next year

Thank you turkey breast was lovely. However we did not receive sourdough bread sauce or stuffing as ordered. In place we received cranberry sauce

I've been buying meat from Farmison for a few years and always been very impressed with the quality and customer service, until my last 2 orders. In fairness to Farmison, both issues I've had begin with DPD Delivery. An order at the beginning of December wasn't left in my safe place as requested, instead the proof of delivery shows my package being left on my front doorstep facing the street. Needless to say, when I returned home my package was nowhere to be seen and none of my neighbours knew anything about it ... I complained to DPD who referred me to Farmison who referred me to the police. No-one I dealt with seemed apologetic or sympathetic. I noticed the proof of "delivery" disappeared from DPD's website after my conversation wither their representative too. I'm still waiting for a resolution. My second order in December was delayed by 24hrs, with no notification. The DPD website promising delivery the following day but there was no ETA provided. Remembering that DPD are unable to help the parcel recipient I got in touch directly with Farmison customer service. The representative let my know my parcel had been damaged and would not be delivered, this contradicted the info DPD provided so I was grateful to find out the truth but also stressed to find my Christmas meat would take another 3 days to be delivered. Given my previous experience I was apprehensive but had no choice but to accept a later delivery. The 2nd delivery was also left unattended on my doorstep but thankfully I was at home and able to retrieve it straight away. The meats turned out lovely on Christmas but I was disappointed by the delay, given the high standard of customer service I'd received in previous years I had expected a voucher or token of apology in the package as I'd had when orders went wrong in the past. All in all, I would say the standards from the butchers are still very high, but based on the customer service and delivery I will be unlikely to shop with Farmison again

Slightly disappointed with my Turkey this year. In recent years the cooking times were almost spot on.I ordered Turkey with stuffing but found it contained too much stuffing which cut down the actually amount of Turkey.Overall Turkey was dry.

Disappointing order was delivered a day early, box clearly labelled Sat: delivery 23/12. Not only that it was delivered to the wrong house, not known to me! Ice packs were melting. Not the Farmison service I’m used to. Meat was good though.

The third time we've ordered a Galatyne, easy carve Turkey, first two time perfect, third time not. Poor packaging, messy butchery, just not the same. However, the customer service has been first class, and they've put things right, and turned around a poor situation. So I appreciate very much how they've dealt with it, but they do need to watch out for slipping standards.

Delivery was good. Beef Wellington wasn't very nice and it was a nightmare to get the cooking instructions.

My order arrived 24 hours late ,and was warm when it arrived. SIMON was very helpful when I contacted to find out where my meat was . This has been placed in the freezer unopened for New years day . Just hope it is okay .

As expected from Farmison the meat was ok point! The turkey crown/breast was delicious and the pigs in blankets nice. The sauces were a real disappointment however. The poultry gravy had NO flavour and a watery consistency, was like pouring dish water onto the plate. The bread sauce was thin and lacked flavour as did the cranberry sauce. I’d seriously look at this side of your business as I could have got better sauces from my local Sainsburys!

I’ve used Farmison for my Christmas meat for the last 3 years. Each year there has been small reductions in quality / attention to detail. In 2021 - my roasting joint came with cooking instructions & some beautifully designed promotional literature. The quality was excellent. In 2022 this had de generated slightly. In 2023, I received vac-packed meat in a box. The quality of which was just average. The loin of pork was exceptionally fatty, I understand fat produces better flavour & am not looking for super lean meat however, the fat content on our joint was too high. Also the scoring of the pork rind was poor. I had to re-score to ensure crackling The beef joint was underwhelming too. Having been a raving fan of Farmison, this years experience was at best average.

Chicken arrived on time and in good condition but not nearly as flavoursome as I was expecting. Acceptable but not tasty. Not down to our cooking.

Ham quite salty previously bought from Dukeshill and decided to try Farmison as had good beef previously but ham too salty and Dukeshill provide a Muslin bag to keep ham in so would probably not order the ham from you again. Beef good.

The apparent poor procedure meant our order contained the wrong mix of items. Even when busy at Christmas correct procedures should ensure that this does not happen. Quality of meat is good even so.

I have purchased your products on a number of occasion and been more than satisfied with the quality. My last order included a first time try of the mutton shoulder which I was eating only ten minutes ago, unfortunately it was so bad most of it was inedible and was thrown away. I would recommend you discontinue selling this product as it only sullies your reputation.

I've been ordering for years and have always been happy with the products and service. I'm diappointed with the frozen range. The baby back ribs were a it tough even after slow cooking for 5 hours. The varied beef wasn't the same one that used to order. It was not as tasty and the texture was different. I hope this frozen range will get better. I'm also hoping that my Christmas order will be in the same standard as every year.

This review is for the chicken sausages and whilst I have no complaints about the delivery time or packaging, I am not satisfied with the product. They did not cook as shown in your online picture, but burnt even on medium heat. The skins didn't feel nice in the mouth, there was very little chickeny taste but there was an overriding taste, which lingered, of pepper. I envisaged serving them with mash and a lentil/tomato/shallot stew, and whilst the accomplishments were good, the sausages let the meal down. An expensive mistake I won't be repeating.

Have ordered several times always happy with product received This time I was disappointed with the product Arrived swimming in a bath of bloody stained liquid and both products looked nothing like image portrayed as you will agree we first eat with our eyes to say I was disappointed is an understatement I will be shopping with you but in anticipation
