“Goose was sensational, best one we’ve ever purchased. Arrived promptly, perfectly packaged and very cold. Delighted that giblets and fat included, making perfect roast potatoes and the best stock. The goose was delicious, full of flavour and tender. We will purchase again and highly recommend. Thank you for a great product.”

“This is the third year we have ordered a Goose at Christmas and, as always, it was fantastic. I had to put it in the freezer as we had several who came down with Covid so we needed to delay eating the goose until the New Year. Despite this, it was still very good.”

“Order arrived on time and goose was beautifully dressed and packaged to stay chilled until roasting day . We had a delicious roast and a huge jar of prime spiced goose fat , strained off to use all year . They even packaged trimmed fat so I could sit it on the bird and reduce basting . Brilliant . Our toast was delicately honey brown with crispy un burnt skin and sift and juicy on the inside when sliced . Top product and product . You won’t be disappointed .”
