“This was a simple Process from Purchase to delivery to cooking. The goose was rich but delicious. A good quality bird. And the cooking instructions were appreciated. Highly recommended”

“Excellent service. Arrived exactly on time and very well packed (ice gel packs were all still frozen). Needless to say the goose was delicious and the separate giblets and recommended recipe was much appreciated! Highly recommended”

“The goose arrived on time, and was delicious. It cooked in 75 minutes - much quicker than the instructions suggested, (top oven of Aga), so I had to bring forward the time of lunch by an hour. It served 4, 5 at a pinch, not the 6-8 suggested, but I knew of old that goose sizes can be misleading”
