“Superb - moist, tender with crispy skin. Just perfect! Had to practically fight the relatives off or we would have had none left. The arrangements were excellent. Could not have been bettered. Well done”

“Bit surprised that the chicken arrived frozen and was rather small.The goose had a very bad smell even when it arrived. But we did eat it without ill affects.”

“The order process was very simple and the goose was packed and delivered on the day promised. It was cooked on Christmas day following the advice supplied and it was absolutely delicious, as was the gravy made with the giblets - a really nice alternative to turkey. I would have liked to give 5 stars, but I feel that the cost was a little too much.”

“Christmas goose was fantastic as always. Extremely well packaged with cool packs. Only disappointment Was no herbs on the merry Christmas tag it is that something else that makes it special. Mai we have it next year?”

“Goose was ordered in October and delivered on 23rd December - cooked Christmas day, it was absolutely delicious, really moist and succulent and I used the giblets to make a stock for the gravy.”
