“Turkey is gone, it will be goose every Christmas from now on, after all it is the traditional English Christmas bird. I was extremely happy with size of the bird, the taste was excellent and everyone was exceptionally pleased with the results. The cooking instructions were comprehensive enough for anyone to understand and achieve wonderful results. Plus, we are still using the goose fat to create wonderfully crispy roast potatoes, it'll soon be gone however which means it'll be time to buy another goose. If I had one criticism and that's not the fault of Farm2Fork, it would be against the courier. For some unknown reason the courier had marked my package as delivered when they had in actual fact not been anywhere near my house. I had to sit on phone with them to make sure that it did get delivered. All's well that ends well. I'll be back for Christmas 2021.”

“Great delivery and cold packaging, tasty meat! One note, it would be good if greater care was taken not to get tiny bits of raw mince stuck just outside of the seal of the mince meat packet (but still within the extra plastic with the label on), these tiny bits were no longer frozen. But it's not a huge deal. Thanks!”

“Excellent packaging and transit packing, fast delivery which was on time. Beef mince (5%) and lamb mince both very good - made outstanding ragu sauce. Chicken (skinless) not good - darkish colour, not tender, not much flavour considering free range - would not buy again.”

“What a joy , the 5kg Turkey ordered for Xmas 2020 was of the finest quality . We stuffed it (Sage,Onion ,Chestnut stuffing )and also put bay leaves and lemon halves in the hollow cavity . Rosemary sprigs were pressed under the skin on top of tge bird. The results were excellent ; hot roast on Xmas day , cold cuts on Boxing day ,Turkey pie on 27th and an amaxing soup (boiled the bones for stock) on the 28th . Our dog ,Bolt , had the giblets well fried in butter . Winner !”

“5/5 for Farm2fork! My turkey was absolutely lovely, instructions for defrosting were useful as was the cooking guide. It was beautifully moist and there was lots leftover for cold cuts on Boxing Day and tasted just as good then!”

“Goose tasted and looked great. A little more experience than what a could afford at other times of year but Christmas is special and I would buy from these again to get a better quality joint from a better reared bird. Thank you”
