“The goose arrived on the requested date with full instructions on storing and cooking. The goose had plenty of meat on it and was absolutely delicious with a nice crispy skin. Thank you.”

“First here.Have to say met Ollie ( owner) at the gate and was greeted by Him and three lovely dogs.Had a great chat and you can bet your boots I will be going back Not just for there goods but hopefully to see the dogs Okay Ollie as well.A merry Christmas to Ollie and family ( and the dogs)”

Hi Steve, I'm pleased to hear the goose has arrived safely and that it looks good, however, I am very sorry to hear the giblets you've received are missing the liver. I am not sure how this has happened, I can only assume the person packing the giblets has made a mistake, it certainly wasn't intentional and I am sincerely sorry that this has happened. “It was a very good experience-managed to talk to Ollie who was available to answer all my questions given that I was a first time buyer. Delivery was on time . Used the beef bones for making broth - wonderful and delicious. Although my pot was massive, it would be helpful to have the bones in smaller pieces. The lamb was gorgeous too. Highly recommend. It’s time to support our farmers who bring authentic sustainable food to us. Thanks Ollie.”

“Arrived really quickly. I made a bulk order and have only tried the sirloin steak so far but that was utterly delicious. Melted in the mouth. Not only did it taste incredible but it felt good eating it knowing if came from a happy cow.”
