“The goose was easy to order online and was ready when I went to collect (Payment on collection was also easy). It was packaged in a sturdy box and included giblets, fat and cooking and recipe suggestion leaflets. The goose was beautifully presented and, most importantly, tasted delicious when cooked! Would definitely recommend and will order from Ollie White at Greenway Farm / Farm2Fork again.”

“We very much enjoyed your wonderful goose. Full of flavour which arrived on time packed and sealed perfectly wrapped in a cool bag. “I've never eaten goose before, let alone cook it! I was at an emergency hospital appointment when the bird arrived, but good to their word, the delivery company left it on the door step, well packed, chilled and insulated. I'd heard all sorts of horror stories about goose "Oh it's very fatty" etc etc. I followed the cooking instructions that came with the bird and sure you do get a lot of fat, but everything worked out fabulously! It was a wonderful Christmas dinner! The only thing I will say if you've never cooked goose before, is as a plucked and oven ready bird, pound for pound they are longer than a turkey...... I had to cut the ends of the leg bones off with a hacksaw to get the blighter in my little oven!”

“I was very apprehensive when I ordered Goose. Half my family wanted Beef and the other half wanted Pork. I couldn't do both and I didnt want to decide between the two, so I choose Goose. Nobody wanted goose, and there was a great deal of moaning and groaning from both sides leading up to Christmas. However I persevered, followed a Jamie Oliver recipe for Christmas goose and I'll tell you what - its was a bloody marvel! It was lovely, crispy skin, beautiful moist meat, fantastic roasties and a glorious sauce. Everybody loved it!”
