“My recent order arrived partially defrosted with some items being half defrosted. I emailed customer service about this but nobody came back to me. Not sure if I'll be coming back for more :(”

“Our order arrived well packed on time and frozen, we left it in the fridge to defrost and cooked it for dinner on Sunday. Infused it with garlic and rosemary, it was sweet, juicy, and tender served with roast potatoes roast carrots, and roast parsnips, and broccoli. That was the Lamb the Chicken we will be having this weekend and then we will be looking forward to receiving our Christmas Goose from you and more tasty food in the New year.”
