“Haven’t eaten it yet but I’m sure the meat will be tasty. But I’ve sent you 2 emails regarding packaging and nr. I would have liked to send it all back - what a waste! It could be sprayed (covid) on return and reused”

Hi Teresa, thank you for your feedback and I'm sorry if I've missed your emails, this wasn't intentional. In answer to your query, we agree, we would really like to be able to reuse our packaging, but unfortunately, due to us using a third-party courier to deliver our meat there isn't currently a viable way for us to do this. For the time being, all we can suggest is that you recycle, compost and reuse what you can. Another thing for you to consider is to maybe order larger quantities less frequently as this will be more packaging efficient. I hope this is helpful. Wishing you a Merry Christmas, Ollie

“Received my delivery very promptly, well packed with ice to keep it fresh. Can't comment about the quality of the meat yet as it went straight into the freezer for Christmas. Looks good though”
