“A beautiful watch. Arrived within 24 hours of dispatch from Farer (the card was a nice touch!) in a very smart presentation box. The watch itself looks great with exceptional levels of finishing; the movement has been keeping excellent time. I couldn't be happier with the overall experience.”

“We travelled down to the Ascot showroom and spent a very educational hour with Paul Sweetenham. I chose the Discovery because I wanted a very readable watch with good lumination. The Discovery is a watch of simplistic beauty with a stunning plum dial. I chose the green leather strap which, complements the plum and looks stunning. Could not be happier. I love the way each Farer watch is individual yet displays a family resemblance. My husband has just bought the Bradfield. I suspect our Farer collection will grow.... Roberta.”

“I am very happy with my purchase of the Farer Exmoor . Case and steel bracelet are of excellent quality and are comfortable to wear all day, every day. The clarity of the dial makes it easy to read in all levels of light and most importantly the movement is keeping excellent time. My only disappointment is the quality of the leather strap, far too stiff for my liking. Overall a very nice watch well done Farer.”

“Excellent experience with Farer as usual. Ordered the new bracelet for my Cresta (Manual Chronograph) and it was easy to fit and adjust (given the correct tools/some experience). Fits wonderfully, the only thing I'd say is the safety clasp pops open very easily but the main clasp is so secure this is minor”

“Ainsdale II : Dial was slightly disappointing re the gloss finish not liquid smooth reflection rather some texture fom i presume the pad printing. In retrospect would have chosen a different version. However i really like the colour scheme. Sorry but not a patch on the Moritz dial.”

However, I learned about additional production and ordered immediately. I received the watch and am satisfied with the expected finish. “Took delivery of my first Farer (the Lomond field watch) last Wednesday. I contacted their customer services shortly after ordering to specifically request this delivery day due to work commitments the rest of the week, and it arrived as and when requested (thank you Farer team). The watch itself is lovely...great quality, including all 3 supplied straps and, when viewed in sunlight, the blue dial and coloured hands really pop. I find myself periodically stopping what I'm doing just to ogle the watch! Whilst this is my first Farer, I suspect it won't be my last...”

“Gorgeous watch, the dial has just as impressive a depth of colour in the flesh as I'd hoped from the pictures, and the watch overall is beautifully finished. The handwritten note in the parcel is a lovely and very welcome personal touch. Very happy with my purchase!”

“Very pleased. Continues to look very stylish two years on. Just two slight gripes (I) the two leather loops on the strap have recently broken, meaning I’ve had to shell out for a new strap; and (II) it doesn’t keep going for that long if you keep it off your wrist (c. 12 hours) - although this might be normal for an automatic watch, this is the first one I’ve owned”
