“I was really disappointed on both range and price. I was bought a gift voucher back in August and the colourways that I would have bought were all out of stock, and remained so even though I kept checking back. I also think the prices are way too high for what the products are. The items are chose are as described and arrived promptly in good packaging, but I would never have bought them for myself.”

“Shame I’ve only just discovered Falcon ware. So compact/stackable, light-weight & easy to clean. I very rarely cook in a microwave so these, including plates are my everyday essentials. They have replaced plastic picnic ware too.”

Hi Amy, Thank you for your order. As mentioned in our email, since Brexit in January 2021 all international shipments are liable to pay a customs fee. This fee is collected by the courier for the importing country and is not a charge that is returned to us. We state this across our website and on your confirmation email. “Easy to clean, lightweight, versatile, handsome. I love my Falcon enamelware, for baking it has replaced all the stoneware, glass and other metal baking dishes. The website is easy to use, my order was shipped on time and arrived early. The packaging is really nice, keeps the product safe. I wish Falcon enamelware was sold in more US retail locations.”

“I am newly in love with the vibrant colors and sheer delight of having these tumblers and pitchers around. The top on the teapot could use a bit of redesign, as it is not easy to grab or hold - the button top is hard to get a grip on. But I love this stuff. The colors make this line very special, and fun to use.”

“Usually love Falcon products but it seems that ordering post-Brexit is going to be an issue. Order placed 28/11, items still not received. Tracking has stated missing customs info and status has not changed for days.”

Hi Sinead, We have been in contact with FedEx who confirmed no actions are needed either at our end or yours, the delay is caused by inbound clearance issues following Brexit, Unions Customer Code (UCC) and VAT21 changes, but they assure us that FedEx teams are working diligently to clear the backlog as swiftly as possible.
