“"I am profoundly displeased with the purchase and shipping experience of an order I placed with your company. The delivery timeline has been excessively extended. At this moment, I am uncertain about the arrival time of the items I have ordered. It was intended as a Christmas gift! The issue lies in customs clearance into a European Union country, and I find it astonishing that your company did not anticipate this delay in the delivery times. Furthermore, it is even more ludicrous that potential customs charges were not considered at the outset. These are all concerns that should be addressed by the seller who promises efficient shipping. I have just contacted the shipping provider, and their response - almost Kafkaesque in nature - is that they do not know when the delivery will take place. Moreover, the shipping agent informed me that I am not their direct customer. Hence, it seems my satisfaction as a customer is irrelevant to both you and the shipping provider. I am inclined to believe that I will never make another purchase from your company. Never again, and I also intend to write numerous negative reviews about your services.”

Hello Nicola, As mentioned in my email to you, we state that customs fee applies and delivery times are customs dependant. We cannot anticipate how long they take to clear certain packages. Our apologies that you are disappointed in our service but as mentioned, we hand over our parcels to FedEx in good faith but as such their clearance is out of our control. “The same products I grew up with as a child but now with a much bigger range and wider choice of colours. Virtually unbreakable and generally highly durable. We use what we have extensively outside in the summer time. Fabulous at meal time and because everything can go straight into a dishwasher it is easy to keep clean. Absolutely love Falcon.”

“Packaging was not good. The set was in two different boxes. These were gifts for two different people and the one box was damaged and could not be used. These are expensive gifts to be delivered in torn, shoddy packaging. Tarragon color is very different from view on web”

“I am very pleased with the pitcher I purchased. However, the shipping experience was disappointing. I paid $25 to have the item shipped, which is significantly more than I usually pay for shipping. FedEx attempted to deliver the package multiple times, but required that someone sign for it. I did not know that I would have to sign, and I work during the day so was not home when FedEx tried to deliver it. As a result, I had to drive 15 minutes to pick up the package from a FedEx facility. It's ridiculous to me that I had to pay $25 and then the package wasn't even delivered to my house.”

“The 4 items that I purchased are a Christmas gift but the presentation & packaging was very poor and I was told no gift wrapping or branded tissue/bag/box was available from Falcon Enamelware in London. For the price paid for the"new" Falcon I would have expected more, or at least made a better effort. I got better wrapping/packaging in my local shop buying the "regular" Falcon that is available everywhere which also felt to be the same quality. I will not be buying the "new" Falcon again.”

Hello, Thank you for your order. I don't see any correspondence with yourself over gift wrapping. We put our items in tissue and branded boxes where possible but to protect the products we may wrap in other protective wrapping. Please email us at info@falconenamelware.com for anything further. “Quality, not cheap is good with falcon logo underneath containers etc ..like the different colours & great that falcon manufacture v small flat based saucers/plates with small rim (at last available.. until recently not seen elsewhere.. bought several) ..+ some other good sized /shaped items.”
