“These bowls are beautiful! They have gorgeously clean lines, and are both elegant and homey. They clean very easily, do not appear to stain, and can be put in the dishwasher safely. The "perfectly imperfect" pitcher is gorgeous, and has only one tiny imperfection on the underside, which is a double-stamped label. Highly recommend!”

“I am quite pleased with my set of six medium sized cups. They are beautifully crafted . . . no blemishes or faults, no burrs (as some folks have complained). I look forward to taking them on picnics. They are just the right size for a glass of cold white wine . . . or red for that matter. NOTE: My order covered six different colors, so rather than write reviews of them individually, this one serves for all of them.”

“**Review** I ordered based on a New York Times article, expecting something special and well-crafted. The pictures on the homepage were stunning. However, the items I received were a disaster. The quality is the lowest grade of Chinese manufacturing. Out of over 20 pieces, not one was flawless. I also have serious doubts about the quality standards regarding toxic substances. Be warned, European customers will face customs fees and VAT, as well as high return shipping costs. Essentially, you are buying without a guarantee since you must cover the shipping costs.”

All our products are hand finished and some imperfections may occur but if anything is damaged or you are unhappy with the items please email us with some photos on info@falconenamelware.com and we would offer to replace or refund the items. All of our products pass UK standards tests and are Lead & Nickel free. All of the materials used in our products are non-toxic and are still safe to use even in the event of the enamel chipping and exposure of the steel. European customers will face customs fee - we do not charge VAT form our end - and this is taken by the courier for the importing country. Regards, The Falcon Enamelware team

“I received my pitcher and it was so damaged all the paint had been chipped off the pouring rim, exposing black crumbling metal. I cannot use this as a pitcher for drinks now. I don’t want to pay to ship it back to England so I’m stuck. The packaging they send it in is shoddy-my box was collapsed and mushy with the sides showing folds and creases.”

“They were a welcome surprise. Much more substantial than the enamelware from my youth. They feel good in the hand and the colors are delightful. Being able to put them in the dishwasher is a huge plus. I’m looking forward to the end of “Whose glass is this?!” with the kids. Thanks!”

“I have many visitors and house guests at the beach all summer. My Falcon Enamelware cups are perfect for entertaining. Each cup is a gorgeous different color and is made for drinks, water or any beverage. The best part of the enamel ware is that every guest can easily identify their cup which is great when you have a group or crowd. It cuts down on extra glass ware and or plastic cups. It is non breakable if you are at the pool, patio or outdoors. They stack easily so they travel well for picnics and beach. I think they may be my favorite entertainment piece.”

“I bought eight of these tumblers, each in a different color. They are delightful! They are heavy, good quality, with a hip vintage feel. They will go on every picnic, boat ride, beach trip, and join my friends and me for outdoor cocktails I’m giving them as a house gift to a friend with a river cottage. I just can’t get enough of them. You won’t be sorry.”
