“The enamelware has chips and dings in the coating. On top of that I was hit with a really high customs fee, which I dont mind but wish I would have been informed of beforehand. (At least that such a fee could happen.)”

“Being much longer than expected was a bit of a shock when opening the package and is proving to be a bit of a hassle as I’ve got to adjust all of my recipes to full the monster. Possibly a smaller option ?”

“I guess I may have missed it, but I did not see that China makes your product on your website. How I though it was an original UK product. "An icon of British home life since 1920." Was so hoping it was. Too costly to return, and then you have a 20% on the Pillarbox Red color, after I place my order. I realize it is not just you. Everything is coming from China. Too bad really.”

“The jug arrived quickly and packaged well. The colour Spring Green is perfect for my kitchen which is a pale duck egg blue/green. Now all I need is some cheerful daffodils to go in the jug! I am going to order another one as a birthday gift for a friend with a similar coloured kitchen...”

“We have been very disappointed by the fact that we had to pay 70€ for custom clearance and duty over a value of 166€. Once connected to the site www.falconenamelware.com I have been redirected to the site eu.falconenamelware.com which, as far as I know could be placed somewhere in Europe. No indication at all that it was placed in UK with, after Brexit, custom duties.”
