“After waiting 3 weeks for the item I ordered it finally arrived. It appeared to be a return, based on the poor packaging. When I opened the package and examined the product, it was clear that the spout was cracked and there was no enamel on it. Now I’m attempting to return it but the shipping is about $40.”

Hi Mark, Apologies for the damaged item you received, I am afraid that occasionally products do get damaged during delivery. As mentioned in my email to you, I have arranged for a replacement to be sent out to you which will be dispatched tomorrow. The damaged item is yours to keep, all of the materials used in our products are still safe to use even in the event of the enamel chipping and exposure of the steel. If you don’t want to use it for consumption, I recommend using it for storage or as a plant pot. “These products are nostalgic, stylish and adorable. I was very drawn to the colors and functionality of the small tumblers, and bakeset. The tumblers keep drinks (or shots) cold and bakeware conducts perfectly. Also got the pinch pits super cute and convenient for toddler snax. I'll be sending Falconware for upcoming gift giving!”

“Pretty hard to review a product that has yet to ship after three weeks. I can see the fedex label was created over a week ago too but hasn’t been sent out. To add insult to injury the products I ordered are now on sale.”

“Sadly, one of the 16 cups I ordered was chipped on the rim. I reported it and received a prompt response suggesting that perhaps I would like a refund instead of a replacement. I said I would prefer a replacement becauseeach set if 8 cups was a gift. So far, I have not heard whether I will receive the replacement.”

“The Falconware plates, cups and bowls were so useful at our last picnic. They are fairly light weight, durable and there is no worry about breakage. The great selection of cup colors means that it is easy to keep track of your own cup. Highly recommended!”

“The enamelware is lightweight and seems durable. Nice looking also. I put it in the dishwasher after unpacking and saw no wear or tear. The cups were shorter than i expected but should have realized the capacity. More like a wine or large juice glass. Haven't used any items yet, but cannot wait to do that. I was looking for upbreakable and lightweight items.”

“We really like our Falcon tumblers. The colors are great, and we like how rugged and versatile they are. You can put them on the stove or in the oven? Whoa. Our only quibble is that several of our tumblers have small imperfections along the bottom of the tumbler lips. Just little dots under the lip where the ceramic didn't quite stick properly, and it makes for some rough spots. Also did not expect such high shipping costs, but coming from the UK to the US is expensive, so the shipping costs aren't that unreasonable. Probably our mistake by not meeting the minimum purchase price for free shipping.”
