“Excellent products, I'm very very happy with them, but as other people from EU already wrote, because of the Brexit I had to pay 43 euros in duties - which is way too expensive. I'm very sorry but I won't buy anymore.”

“Disappointed that they are not made in the UK especially considering the prices. Also the glue used for the back labels is very difficult to remove and leaves a sticky mess behind it.”

“I initially bought a deep, square dish to use for lasagne, but since it arrived I have used it for lots of other things too. It is very useful, always comes up sparkling in the dishwasher, feels very sturdy and I suspect this won’t be the only purchase I make! Much better than stoneware for heat conduction, and it looks good too. Very happy with my purchase.”

“Beware false advertising for Welcome discount codes conflicting with Free postage. You can’t have both. And if you happen to order items that are on a different offer they don’t bother to let you know about that either. Customer service couldn’t be bothered to come back to me after I sent them a screen shot saying I should have had free delivery. Won’t be ordering from them again.”

“Bonjour, je suis très contente des produits qui sont très jolis. Toutefois, j'ai été très étonnée et un peu déçue de voir que cela provenait de chine. J'habite en France, et j'ai par conséquent payé beaucoup de frais de douane. Le service client est sinon très bien. Il faut que je vois si ces produits sont solides dans le temps.”

“Beautiful, love pigeon grey. Very Happy with my Falcon collection. Unfortunately due to Brexit regulations way late in delivery and had to pay an extra 45€ for customs on my €120 order😱😢 I will think twice to order UK a next time!”

Dear Rodrigo, All our orders ship from our warehouse in the UK. Due to change in regulation, all International orders are subject to customs and duty charges associated with the importation of the products; these costs, borne by the customer, will typically be recharged by the shipping company and are dependant on the importing country.
