“Bought various pieces for our toddler. We love the quality and design of the material, the fact that it's dishwasher and microwave safe, and quite hardwearing (though a tumbler chipped when thrown aggressively on concrete floor - but we expected this). Much better than those silicon plates that smell of soap after a few washes. Will buy more!”

Hi Martin, As per our e-mail correspondence, occasionally products do get damaged during delivery. I have arranged for a replacement to be sent out to you. The damaged item is yours to keep, all of the materials used in our products are still safe to use even in the event of the enamel chipping and exposure of the steel. “I love this pitcher, and the color - pigeon grey. I also have a white one but found so many uses for it that it just made sense to get another. Some things I use it for are as a vase, to water flowers, to fill our coffee pot and as a gift for others. Highly recommend.”

“I love Falcon Enamelware and have a few pieces now. I recently ordered the teapot set in green, which is beautiful. Smaller than anticipated, it conducts heat very well on my induction stovetop, but there is a major drawback to using it. The handle gets too hot to grab! I have to use a hot pad, which is very unhandy. So that’s a rather big disappointment. I’ll see how long it maintains a spot on my stove until I weary of the inconvenience.”

“I love the enamel Tumblers so much! They are beautiful and feel lovely in the hand. They are perfect for our summer cottage. Family, friends, and grandkids will choose their favorite color, they will use the cup ALL DAY, thus reducing the number of cups that need to be washed at the end of the day.”

“I love all my Falconware. The colors are gorgeous, the feel of each piece is a pleasure to use. One small caveat. In the production, tiny dots under the rim are left unenameled. Customer service explained this was part of production process. Hoping this doesn’t mean they will develop rust spots. Would love Falconware to produce a larger tumbler. 16 ounces?”
