“Many online reviews point to Falcon as a quality product which I must agree. I ordered the plate set and four cups and am happy with the purchase. I had a few questions that I submitted that were responded to in a timely fashion. My only complaint is that I wanted to purchase the bowls but they were out of stock. I couldn't purchase them with this current order and have them sent when they became available like most other retailers. I now would have to order the bowls and pay ANOTHER $25 shipping charge which will likely give me pause. Other than this, I am happy with my order.”

“At my house, we’re very hard on everything! Dishes get broken left and right, and those that don’t never seem to stay nice for long. So I started looking for enamelware, and found Falcon! Now, I’m in LOVE with my bright red dishes and prep set, and they’re so functional too! I love that I can easily slip them in the oven to keep a plate warm, but they’re also not going to break! Rough and tumble husband, clumsy wife, and independent three year old boy approved and recommended!”

“An excellent addition to your kitchen hardware! Very versatile and not just for individual baking dishes. I love to use them for chili on one half, mac n cheese on the other half. Kids love them and they are perfect sizes for them. Can't wait to explore more Falcon products :)”

“Nice product, but customer service made us feel like they had done us a favour by not charging us postage to Europe, which we had to ask to be refunded to us after it was added on erroneously, even though it was clearly stated on the website that that was the case.”

“The Pie Set Pigeon Grey arrived soiled with rims not fully rolled, leaving sharp edges all around. We were out of town when the package arrived, and therefore missed the strict 14 day return policy. They look like they are repackaged prior returns. The other 3 items I ordered arrived clean with properly rolled rims, and so I know that these are defective pans. I am displeased that I cannot return the Pie Set, which was rather expensive.”
