“Our daughter who lives in the USA saw your website and said she would like as a present for Christmas your enamelware dishes so we ordered them. Subsequently we went to M &S in Camberley and saw exactly the same product at 40 % of the price we paid to you, so clearly not impressed.”

Hello Steve, We do not sell in M&S so that was likely a different enamelware brand. The products we sell are exclusive to our company and therefore have the Falcon crest stamped on the bottom. We specialise in the gift packaged sets and the new coloured ranges and our packaging is exclusive to our company. All of our products are listed on our website: www.falconenamelware.com and because our products are exclusively sold by us we have a separate pricing structure to the other unbranded products. “I brought both new and a 'slightly imperfect' items from the Perfectly imperfect range and all the items arrived, well packaged and in good time. Thrilled with my growing collection of Falcon wares, however I was nervous about the 'slightly imperfect' jug, but on arrival the flaws were minor and have not distracted from quality and brand that I love. All being used and bringing joy!”

“I’ve long admired falcon enamelware, but have never purchased because of the cost ( to which I must add $40 in shipping to the US). But I recently bought two Perfectly Imperfect pitchers, because the prices were reduced. I bought two, one for myself and one for my son and his wife, who love enamelware. I wondered just how imperfect they would be. As it turned out, one looks perfectly perfect—at least to me. So that will be the gift. The other has a very obvious chip on the lip, and another, less obvious flaw elsewhere. But the color is gorgeous on both, and the shape is lovely. I’m just lucky I bought two, and one turned out so well. Would love to come to your shop in London. ( I assume you have one.)”
