“Bright and beautiful Falcon Enamelware never disappoints”

“Even though I have been eyeballing Falcon Enamelware for literally years, it took me a while to finally purchase. They are pricey, though I believe worth the money. Anyway, I finally did it, and I couldn't be more pleased. I LOVE the color, the form, all of it. I am afraid now I won't be able to stop. I've already decided I need more.”

“Absolutely dissatisfied with customer service. Incomplete and misleading site information. I returned the order because it says on the invoice that they are made in China! what's English tradition!???!!! I have not yet been reimbursed. Bad experience. But above all the customer service that is not even able to respond appropriately to the emails.”
