Hello, Sorry to hear you are disappointed. Falcon Enamelware is made from a porcelain enamel, which is a powdered glass bonded onto steel. If a product is dropped/hit against something, the porcelain will chip as it is just glass fused onto metal. The metal core will never break but chips cannot be avoided. All of the materials used in our products are non-toxic and are still safe to use even in the event of the enamel chipping and exposure of the steel. Regards, The Falcon Enamelware team

“I purchased four sets of pitcher plus 4 glasses for our four sons and their partners. It was great fun to mix all of the colors and they will all use the sets in their outdoor spaces. And they thought they were cool which was awesome for me since sometimes it's not easy to please the milenniels.”

Hi Bryn, Thank you for your order. We don't sell in Morrisons, that could have been a different enamelware brand. The products we sell are exclusive to our company and therefore have the Falcon crest stamped on the bottom. We specialise in the gift packaged sets and the new coloured ranges and our packaging is exclusive to our company. All of our products are listed on our website: www.falconenamelware.com and because our products are exclusively sold by us we have a separate pricing structure to the other unbranded products. “One of my two pitchers arrived without any enamel on the spout. Since it it mustard-colored, this was very noticeable, and, t was a gift. Too far to send it back to London. Disappointed!”

“The 3 pint jug that I gave my grandson for Christmas arrived damaged. Falcon Enamelware provided a refund, which is appreciated, however, a damaged Christmas gift remained. In my view this is not acceptable. Better packageing for long-distance shipping is needed. The company has been in business for a very long time. Perhaps this is a rare occurrence, but I'm rating the product based on my own experience which I very much wish was different.”

“I was disappointed in my experience with Falcon. The brand wraps itself in Britishness, but you can complete a transaction without ever learning that the item is made elsewhere. Even on the FAQ page, it merely says delicately that the items are made in "East Asia." You only learn the item is made in China -- a controversial totalitarian world power that monitors its own people, doesn't permit religious liberty, employs slave labor, and degrades the environment -- until you've paid almost half again as much to have the items shipped to you. I won't do business with them ever again.”
