“The item I purchased was supposed to be Pillar Box Red but was orange. I understand that the red colours do in fact vary but this is not helpful to me in wanting to build up a Pillar Box Red set. Very disappointing colour control.”

“Easy-to-navigate website showcases a range of products. My order arrived in a timely fashion, carefully packaged and in excellent condition. Products were as described, true to the colours in the photographs (coal black and mustard in my case), and very good quality. I bought the beakers mainly for travelling, but the jugs will be used for outdoor entertaining when the weather improves!”

“Great service and delivery! I love the weight, quality and the mineral blue color of the set I ordered. My only regret is that I didn't order more tumblers as the color was limited edition and they are out of stock now. Should have listened to my mom!”

“Very good product, very good customer service but unreasonably high delivery costs. I would certainly expect lower delivery costs especially given that after Brexit there is no more VAT charged for delivery in EU but the sale price has remained unchanged.”

“Products are great. One of them arrived with some damage but the service team was super quick and helpful to make it right - replacement arrived immediately. Will happily buy Falcon products in the future. Pitcher and tumblers are exactly what we were hoping for. Thank you.”

“Very unhappy with the product, looks a lot smaller and cheaply made than the website showed. Also had to pay lots in duty to get it shipped to Canada even though I ordered from US website. Will not be ordering again.”

“The pieces are as lovely as they appear online. They are a gift to my daughter so I am not sure yet how well they perform as cookware. The only reason I did not give a five star is that the underside of the lip is rough and not pleasing to hold.”

“Outstanding customer service!! Item in wanted was out of stock and they emailed me when a limited number came in and I was able to make my purchase! Oyster Grey is a perfect color for our home and hope they will make large bowls and trays in the same color for outside events!!”
