“I was looking for a replacement of plastic cups and plates for the children. I read the word 'unbreakable' on the website so ordered a set of bowls, plates and cups. Sadly, within 2 days, 3 items were chipped- two had been dropped, so a chip is understandable in that case - and one just knocked when putting it into dishwasher. They were chipped on the outside and inside with rust and bits of coating coming off in water. I asked the company for replacements but they refused. I would not order again - the quality of finish is poor.”

Hello, As mentioned to you over email, Falcon Enamelware is made from a porcelain enamel, which is a powdered glass bonded onto steel. If a product is dropped/hit against something, the porcelain will chip as it is just glass fused onto metal. The metal core will never break but chips cannot be avoided. All of the materials used in our products are non-toxic and are still safe to use even in the event of the enamel chipping and exposure of the steel. Regards, The Falcon Team

“Finally, I thought, some proper heavy duty, British made enamelware, to last a lifetime.... everything pointed to it... all the details & information on the website leads one to believe that here was some traditional, top quality enamelware, made in England since the 1920s On receiving the baking set in the post, I was surprised at the lack of weight it contained...& then, there it was...a small sticker in a corner of the box...’made in China’! Suffice to say we were a little disappointed, not to mention saddened to see that. That said, we have been using it on a lightly used basis for a couple of weeks now & it’s been fine so far but obviously time will tell. Come on, Falcon.. let’s have it made in England again... most of us, I suspect, would have no issue in paying a little more for home grown, top quality goods!”

“Ordered some mugs, after first usage and first dishwasher wash a chip of the coating came off. Contacted customers service and they said it's normal. I am disappointed and surprised considering that you are significantly more expensive than competition. Customer service was not great either to be honest”

“I have been looking for this particular style of enamel jug for over two years and Falcon Enamelware seems to be the only company that makes it. When it arrived by post it was just as attractive as it looked on their website and very durable. I couldn't be happier.”

“I can't speak about the actual product I bought as it was a wedding gift to relatives across the country. I can however speak about the incredible customer service. I had some questions online and customer service (Adeela) was so quick to get back to me and help me figure out what I was doing wrong. LOL!! Additionally, I couldn't find a place to write a little note to include with the order, and Adeela offered to put it in the box for me if I emailed her what I wanted it to say. I expected the gift to take weeks to get there because the gift was going to NY, NY and I knew it was coming from England but I was very pleasantly surprised to see how quickly they received it...especially in the time of COVID-19 when everything seems to take so much longer. I loved everything so much about this experience and the baking dish set looks so beautiful, I am know thinking of buying one for myself and one for my daughter.”
