“I have many pieces and I love them all. I keep most of them displayed in two cabinets and whenever I look at them, they make me happy they’re cheerful to me. I also feel you have great customer service it’s extraordinary and dealing with customers across the pond as you do, your delivery is incredibly fast I have had a couple of request of changes and whatever and they have been handled without any issues and I so appreciate that.”

“I purchased a tea pot. As much as I love the charming design, I wish it was bigger, say 40 oz. at least. I think they offer good color choices. However, there is one annoying design flaw, and that is the lid top. Because of the slick enamel finish, it is difficult to grasp it, to open the lid. especially when it's hot and one needs to use a pot holder. There's just not enough lid knob to grasp.”

“I am thrilled with my Falcon Enamelware 3-pint pitcher in spring green and tumblers. It pours and washes beautifully, it looks amazing on my table. Very delightful! Fits perfectly in my 1930s quirky house. I love it and am already thinking about whom I can give this as a gift. Service was fast and seamless.”

“I love these products- particularly the colors I have chosen. Additionally I am very pleased with the customer service. I was sent a black pitcher instead of the samphire green in error. Falcon immediately addressed and rectified the matter.”

“J'ai acheté plusieurs plats de différentes grandeurs, tous blanc avec le tour bleu. J'ai été agréablement surprise par la qualité de ces plats. L'emballage était aussi très bien. Je cuisine beaucoup au four, et en utilisant ces plats je peux non seulement cuire les aliments mais les présenter sur la table dans ces plats, c'est pratique, c,est beau et ca garde les aliments chauds. Merci beaucoup ! Je suis très contente de mes achats Falcon et je n'hésiterai pas à en acheter d'autres et aussi a les recommander à mes amis.”

“The lid of my teapot developed Ruston the inside with a couple of uses. This was replaced with a new teapot, not just the lid. The new lid has areas on it inside which will rust as the enamel is incomplete. The outside of the lid has a spot on it which has no enamel on it at all. I was impressed with the customer service but am extremely unhappy to find out that that this product is made in China not in Great Britain.”
