“I love the product, however, I am really disappointed that it is made in China....I truly thought I was buying a UK made product (I live in Canada) and love all things British. I was surprised that the sticker on the bottom of one of the pans said “made in China” as all of your advertising suggests that this is an authentic UK product. Still love the pans but am disappointed.”

“This is by far the most perfect enamelware. I bought the bake set and the prep set and I have used both nonstop. They go from oven to table beautifully and are so easy to clean. Couldn’t be happier, looking forward to purchasing a few more pieces. Ordered to the US and shipping was so fast!”

“I love the product but the color was so incredibly different from what it looked like online. I am aware that the enamel does not always come out the same every time but my items were orange, no where near the red they appeared to be on the website. I would have returned it if it wasn’t such a hassle to do it.”

“I ordered a loaf tin on 12/9/20 as a Christmas gift. I paid $25 for FedEx express shipping. To date (12/28), item not yet received. Falcon needs to set realistic expectations regarding shipping to the U.S. I realize this is a FedEx issue, but the Falcon website advertised a much more expeditious shipping timeframe which proved to be patently untrue.”
